Over the Hills with FRC November got off to a cracking start on 3rd of the month with the multi-terrain classic Over the Hills. Among the runners gathering Barton Farm County Park in Bradford on Avon was a strong contingent of Frome’s club runners. Dan Gaisford (MV40) was first past the post with a time of 00:53:27. Hot on his heels was Paul Horton (MV50) , who crossed the line in 00:55:16, followed by Claire Bowles (FSEN) in 01:05:58 and Lynn Brand (FV60), whose time of 01:14:02 earned her second in age category. Emma Evans (FV50) finished off the quintet with a time of 01:27:04.  A PB-fest at The Street 5K The racing continued on 13 November with the next installment of the Street 5K series.
